Our  Mission

The Partnership’s mission is to enhance the unique and diverse character of the Lower East Side by improving overall quality of life and supporting the continued growth and vitality of the local economy.

As a business improvement district in a community with a rich merchant history, we take great pride in representing and serving the people who make the Lower East Side such a special place. Our programs, services, and initiatives are designed to assist community development.

Additionally, we act as a liaison to government agencies, providing general assistance and direct support with permitting for the Lower East Side’s merchant community.
