Our twelve-person Clean Team works 361 days a year, maintaining over 100 block faces and three plazas. Our team ensures our streets stay clean, beautiful, and graffiti free.
Litter & Trash Removal
Working alongside DSNY, our team empties more than 85 public trash receptacles daily and sweeps streets and sidewalks multiple times per day—collecting nearly 20K bags of litter annually.

Graffiti, Bill & Sticker Removal
While we celebrate public art, we remove unauthorized graffiti from public structures and street furniture. Our team maintains clean spaces by removing stickers, bills, and other unwanted materials.
Streetscape Maintenance
Our team regularly repairs and repaints public structures and street furniture to maintain their appearance and condition.
311 Requests & Wayfinding
Beyond keeping streets clean, we help visitors with directions and file 311 requests for our merchants and property owners.
Sign up for ongoing, free graffiti removal through DSNY's Forever Graffiti Free program. This service can remove graffiti up to two stories high.
For smaller graffiti issues, our Clean Team can help. Email ops@les.nyc to request an assessment. If we can assist, you'll need to sign a waiver and may need to provide paint.
